Requesting a Refund

If you wish to request a refund, please note that we require proof that you have completed all of the lessons and actually tried to apply them. This ensures that you have given the program a fair chance and have made a genuine effort to learn from our materials.

This includes seeking advice from our coaches in the community when you're getting lost and confused, or using the free coaching calls included in the program.

Refund Policy

We DO NOT provide refunds for people who just changed their mind, didn't like the program, didn't bother to log in, or thought the program was not for them.

We will only provide a refund to customers who thoroughly completed all the video courses, sought advice from the coaches, and mapped out their goals clearly but still didn't manage to get closer to achieving them through the video materials and 1-1 advice.

Refund Knowledge Quiz

We will verify that the customer completed the video course and understood it before granting a refund through a "refund knowledge quiz." Once we have confirmed that the user has completed the program and understood the contents thoroughly, we will initiate the refund process. This may take around 30-35 working days.

Our Commitment

We understand that everyone has different learning styles and preferences. If, despite your efforts, you feel that the program has not brought you the desired results, we want to make it right by personally helping you out through 1-1 coaching or, as a last resort, issuing a full refund and acknowledging any areas where we can improve.
